The Product:

Healthy Workers continuously measures stressors in the work environment using sensors and scientifically validated data collection methods. Employees are closely involved and we’ve developed a web-based application via which they can share input and receive messages and other content. Both employees and employers get insight into well-being, workplace stressors, and workplace performance. These insights and real-time data can be viewed in the web application and Management Dashboard.

Working as a medior/senior developer at Healthy Workers:

As a developer at Healthy Workers, you will work with a small and powerful team to take our product to the next level. You will play an important role in providing leadership, expertise, and creativity to find innovative solutions quickly. You are a quick thinker and innovator, who helps to mature the product and the product/development team as our company grows.

Besides someone with technical knowledge, we are looking for a team player that thrives in a cross-disciplinary team. Someone with experience taking ownership in a startup environment and who always finds a way to overcome any challenge. You'll have access to plenty of external resources such as cloud credits, technical architects and on-demand development capacity. We want you to be the bridge between (and get the most out of) these resources. You’ll be a core member of our passionate team and will help build the foundations of our scalable solution.

The skills that we are looking for

• You have experience with Spring(Boot) applications and DevOps (with Kubernetes);
  
• Preferably, you have been working with a microservices architecture, React/Redux, data engineering, security, and Data Protection by Design.
